a powerful trading empire that controls the vast majority of the East Skysea. They have a vast network of floating cities and Zephyrs. Their capital is Damocles. They are skilled traders and engineers. The Military hand of the Hegemony is the Golden Navy.
The Hegemony uses advanced top-secret engineering practices for their airships and their flying structures, granting them a significant advantage in travel, trade, and exploration. They maintain a secular stance, prioritizing wealth and business acumen.
Conflict of Interests. While they coexist with the Ecclesia Solari and regularly conduct business with them, the Hegemony disagrees with the Crusades against the Fomorians, believing it to be a waste of resources that could destabilize the region. The Hegemony also works with the Titanborn occasionally.
Exploration Guilds. The Hegemony once started as a union of Sky Pirates and adventurers, and slowly became a governing power as they accumulated wealth trading. Daring explorers head to find Paradise on occasion in the hopes of striking rich, but not many return to tell the tales of the Forgotten Land.
