Known as “The Highway of the Skies”, this Air Zones is the standard transport level for all Zephyrs. The altitude range of this zone makes for ideal conditions to maneuver and travel at a good pace. You will find all manner of vessels at this altitude, from Sky Pirates Junkers on the hunt, to family air caravans setting off for their summer holidays.
Inhabitants. The Mercantile Hegemony and travelers dominate this zone, constantly sailing from one city or island to another. While it’s a common passageway, occasional pirate raids do occur, especially targeting less protected vessels.
Pirates who dare to operate here are often either desperate or ambitious, as the Golden Navy keep a close watch. Pirate raiders who operate here prefer hit-and-run tactics, attacking weaker or isolated airships before escaping into the lower Skysea Zone. These pirates are cunning, using storm clouds or sky debris to ambush their prey.
