The Wind of the Weast campaign ran from March 2019 to March 2023. Over the course of 97 numbered sessions and one final reunion, a crew of former slaves, wanderers, and misfits sailed the Aigean Sea, founded a city, and saved a world from a god who wanted to drown it. Their ship was called the Wind of the Weast. Their captain was Tohnkh.

Arc I: Salty Beginnings

Sessions 1–12 | March–December 2019

The founding sessions. A slaver ship is taken. A crew forms. Port Tormenta introduces the Weastern Pirates to the world — and vice versa.

Session 1 — Salty Beginnings | March 14, 2019

Written in Tohnkh’s Captain’s Log:

I had woken up and next thing I knew I was on a slaver ship heading to Campa’Doar! Luckily, with my wit, I was able to break out of my holding cell with the help of some other people being held captive, just like me: Alumier, Maxedine, Savina, Grargh, and Red Heiring. There was an elven lady with a short red pixie haircut also being held captive on the ship, but she disappeared, along with one of the ship’s rowboats — where could she have gone? We found out through a dwarf named Garden and a troll named Toppo that the captain was being controlled with a medallion in his possession to do the bidding of some unknown entity. We instigated a mutiny on the ship’s captain, Sanguiss Fargoer of the Royal House Fargoer of Tormenta, and took the ship Wind of the West. Maxedine kept one of the medallions on him. He also talks to a rock named Bellatrix and calls it his wife — I pay it no mind. Red Heiring forged some documents, and we renamed the ship the Wind of the Weast and entered Port Tormenta after a day of traveling. We’re pirates now, and we have our own ship. Now let’s go, crew — forward to adventure. Mwahahahaha!

Session 2 | March 20, 2019

The Wind of the Weast arrives at the Commonwealth of Port Tormenta on Storm Isle after two days at sea. The white lighthouses of Tormenta and the White Bridge connecting the city’s two cliff-side isles come into view. The crew navigates dockyard bureaucracy — Red Heiring’s forged documents smooth the way — and makes their way to the Wetfoot Inn, the beating heart of Tormenta’s pirate community. There, they begin putting out word for a crew.

Sessions 3–12 | March–December 2019

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Over the course of these sessions, the crew spend time in Port Tormenta and the surrounding Aigean Sea, building out the ship and expanding their numbers. Neko of the Nen, Cere, Khemmis, and Jebbedo all join the crew during this period, recruited at Port Tormenta. The crew are introduced to the medallions of Nathair — strange golden artifacts that hijack the will of their wearers — and begin to understand that the mutiny that freed them may have been one thread in something much larger.

Arc II: The Aigean Sands

Sessions 13–23 | December 2019–October 2020

The crew pursues a relic somewhere in the vast, largely uncharted Aigean Sands. Cereus Aizlewood joins the crew. The city of Looselaw and its tyrant, Crondusa, Queen of Teeth, stand between the Weastern Pirates and the desert beyond.

Session 13 | December 19, 2019

Cereus Aizlewood’s debut session.

Sessions 14–18 | January–February 2020

Records from these sessions are sparse.

The crew venture into the Aigean Sands in pursuit of the desert relic. Their search takes them to the Sunken Sun Oasis — a refuge basin in the middle of the desert hosting the ruins of a lost Aigali civilization — and deeper into the sands. The trail leads toward the ancient Sola Arena, a half-buried coliseum where the dead are said to rise at night.

Sessions 19–20 | March 5–12, 2020

The Dream One-Shot — DM’d by Jon.

A two-part special session run by a guest DM, taking the crew through a shared dreamscape.

Session 21 | March 26, 2020

No recap recorded.

Sessions 22–23 — The Weastern Overthrow of Crondusa | October 2020

The vile tyrant Crondusa, Queen of Teeth is defeated. The Weastern Pirates liberate the city of Looselaw and claim it as their own, renaming it Weastworld.

Arc III: Weastworld

Sessions 24–32 | November 2020–February 2021

Having overthrown Crondusa and freed Looselaw, the crew sets about building something. Weastworld takes shape. A mysterious dragonborn named Desmond Targonus enters the picture. And an ancient hourglass becomes the prize in a battle that costs the crew dearly.

Session 24 | November 11, 2020

No recap recorded.

Session 25 — Memory Day | November 19, 2020

Weastworld’s first Memory Day parade celebration. The city marks the liberation of Looselaw with a festival. The crew watch what they’ve built begin to breathe.

Session 26 | December 21, 2020

No recap recorded.

During this period, the crew receive their first contact from Desmond Targonus — a dragonborn of unknown origin who reaches out through a glowing orb aboard the ship. His message is imperious and calculated: he knows about the relics, he knows the crew has one, and he makes clear he intends to have it.

Sessions 27–29 | January 2021

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 30 — The Battle for the Hourglass | February 2, 2021

The Weastern Pirates face off against Desmond in what becomes known as the Battle for the Hourglass.

Session 31 | February 9, 2021

The battle continues.

Session 32 | February 13, 2021

The Weastern Pirates defeat Desmond and secure the Aigali Hourglass.

Arc IV: The Oasis and the Long Road

Sessions 33–51 | February–June 2021

After the brutal fight for the Hourglass, the crew takes a breath. A beach episode. A new face. A goddess wakes. And then Nathair stops being a rumour and becomes a war.

Session 33 — Beach Episode | February 16, 2021

The crew take shore leave after the fight against Desmond, docking near the Oasis. Neko learns to ‘waterbend’ from an old man named Aigali. The crew play a game of Fireball — a volleyball variant with a flaming ball.

Razgaal is introduced: a sorceress and half-elf who shares obvious romantic tension with Savina. The crew help break the curse on Razgaal — a Heroism spell and a kiss — and she joins them aboard the Wind of the Weast.

Session 34 | February 20, 2021

Cere communes with Eldath and learns about the existence of Nathair, a ‘pretender-god’ spreading his influence across Aigora through golden medallions that control the wills of those who wear them. The Weastern Pirates make him their enemy.

Sessions 35–37 | February–March 2021

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 38 — Truth or Dare | March 16, 2021

The Weastern Pirates play Truth or Dare as a crew bonding exercise.

  • Cere obtains the Magic Mirror and speaks to her mother for the first time.
  • Khemmis has a breakthrough with religion.
  • Pinoch — Jebbedo’s steel defender and son — shows signs that he may have a soul.
  • Neko raises the question: “Is it true?”

Session 39 | March 23, 2021

Pinoch is killed by Killink during the crew’s raid on the hobgoblin encampment. Jebbedo loses his son.

Session 40 — Pinoch’s Funeral | March 30, 2021

The Weastern Pirates hold a funeral at Weastkeep for Pinoch.

Sessions 41–42 | April 2021

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 43 | May 1, 2021

The Weastern Pirates confront Eni’dexam.

Session 44 | May 6, 2021

Eni’dexam is revealed to be an undead Maxedine under Nathair’s control — his will hijacked by the Medallion. The Weastern Pirates break Nathair’s influence. Maxedine crumbles to ash and is put into a health potion bottle.

The crew then descend into Magdreal to meet Trix’alleb.

Session 45 | May 11, 2021

Trix’alleb — first daughter of the Soil, Idol of Willpower, now awoken after millennia of slumber — bestows boons on each member of the Weastern Pirates to aid them in the fight against Nathair.

Sessions 46–48 | May 2021

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 49 | June 1, 2021

Tohnkh and Neko help a colony of seagulls deal with an Aboleth threatening their waters. As a result, Weastworld gains the ability to send and receive post.

Session 50 | June 10, 2021

The Weastern Pirates engage in naval combat against Purple Current and his ship.

Session 51 | June 17, 2021

Eleven more navy ships give chase to the Wind of the Weast. The ship manages to overtake Purple Current and the crew boards his vessel while outrunning the Port Tormenta Navy. They celebrate Savina’s birthday with H.O.O.T. Juice Cake and gifts.

Arc V: Sang-Lothor

Sessions 52–68 | June–October 2021

The crew sails to the Sang-Lothor Imperium for a royal wedding. What they find there is a conspiracy that reaches into the heart of the empire — and into the past of nearly every person on the ship.

Session 52 | June 21, 2021

The Weastern Pirates arrive in Sang-Lothor.

Session 53 — Khallis Joins | June 22, 2021

Khallis’s debut session. He presents himself in Sang-Lothor — the same city his brother Khemmis has arrived in with the rest of the crew. Neither mentions it plainly.

Sessions 54–55 | June–July 2021

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 56 | July 13, 2021

The Weastern Pirates reach level 11.

Session 57 | July 24, 2021

No recap recorded.

Session 58 — Palace Recon | July 27, 2021

The Weastern Pirates scope out the Imperial Palace ahead of the royal wedding and meet Kalkstein Grimsbane for the first time. They mark him immediately as a threat.

The crew splits up:

  • Khemmis, Jebbedo, and Savina sneak into Kalkstein’s personal chambers and begin uncovering his secrets.
  • Cere seeks out Razgaal to cast Death Ward on her ahead of the anticipated assassination attempt — and has an uncomfortable encounter with Kalkstein in the process.
  • Tohnkh and Neko mingle with the wedding guests, gathering intelligence.
  • Khallis takes his seat with the Golden Council and learns that Entei and Athenia are planning to assassinate the emperor — and want Khallis to join them.

Session 59 | July 31, 2021

The Weastern Pirates regroup and compare notes, trying to make sense of the tangled politics of the Sang-Lothor Imperium.

Khallis communes with his warlock patron and discovers the truth: his patron has been Nathair all along, for years, without Khallis’s knowledge. Nathair reveals he has consumed Entei and promises Khallis the chance to kill the emperor himself.

Meanwhile, Cere and Tohnkh go to warn the emperor of Nathair’s plot. They are let in — but find no emperor. Instead they find Kalkstein Grimsbane posing as if he has committed the murder himself. Cere detects his thoughts and confirms he didn’t find the emperor either; the throne room was empty when he broke in.

A fight breaks out. The rest of the Weastern Pirates and Khallis converge. Kalkstein is cut down — Savina landing the killing blow, driving a blade into her adoptive brother’s chest. From his body, a many-eyed raven emerges. Savina catches it. Cere opens the bag of holding.

Session 60 | August 14, 2021

Cere, having spent the night thinking, makes the connection: the old man hiding in the wardrobe and calling himself Entei is the emperor himself. She relays this to the group.

Guards rush the throne room with Athenia and the ‘emperor’ in custody. Khallis impersonates the emperor. A confrontation and psychological standoff follows. Athenia is killed. The actual emperor falls unconscious and is in the crew’s custody.

Tohnkh realizes that Khallis is a changeling. It distresses him, Cere, and — by some accounts — Khallis himself.

Session 61 | August 17, 2021

Cere devises a plan to use the existing succession: allow Prince Xervisian to leave with Razgaal calling the shots over the empire going forward.

With forty minutes until the wedding, Danimus Blannis arrives with news: a woman in red has entered the palace and gone to the dungeons, where the child Entei is being held. The crew descend to find the woman is an Efreeti, summoned when the child rubbed a lamp.

Battle breaks out. Neko and Tohnkh fight fire elementals with water. Shrim (in T-Rex form) deals with the corrupted Shaopings. When the Efreeti attempts to plane-shift with the child, Jebbedo uses a Gate scroll to follow. They kill the Efreeti and retrieve the child. Cere removes the Medallion from her; the ghost child erupts in flame.

Danimus loses a leg.

Session 62 | August 25, 2021

Khemmis chokes out the emperor. Jebbedo opens a portal to a volcanic region of Aigora. Khemmis tosses the emperor’s body into a volcano.

The royal wedding proceeds. Khallis, still posing as the emperor, presides. Xervisian and Razgaal are wed. A dragon is killed. Savina and Tohnkh hold a spoon-vs-fork stealing contest. A dance battle begins. The session ends just before the ‘emperor’ declares a winner.

Session 63 | August 31, 2021

Khallis — as emperor — declares himself the winner of the dance battle. He is gifted the deed to Sir Delirious’s estate.

The crew stays the night. Khallis with Blushidia. Savina with Razgaal.

The next morning, Desmond arrives with urgent news: Nathair is planning an assault on Port Tormenta using ghost ships. Monks in the mountains to the southeast of Baal’s Deep may hold the key to stopping it. Jebbedo fashions Danimus a replacement leg.

Before leaving, Savina, Khemmis, and Tohnkh travel to Baal’s Deep to retrieve Razgaal’s grandmother’s wedding rings. Savina returns and proposes. The rest of the crew hide — poorly. A private wedding ceremony follows, officiated by Cereus, witnessed by the spirits of Opteima, Pinoch, Red Heiring, and — in Ariaial’s form — the faintest presence of Eldath herself.

Session 64 — Crew One-Shot | September 7, 2021

A one-shot following the remaining crew of the Wind of the Weast. Camping at a previously cleared pirate grotto, they are attacked by undead from an incoming ghost ship — led by a lich woman in a red dress searching for the hourglass. The crew hold their ground and escape to the Weast. Cere’s Hallow spell prevents the skeletons from boarding. The ship herself summons an air elemental. Through teamwork they outrun the ghost ship.

Session 65 — Sul Joins | September 14, 2021

The crew travel to the Eastern Juth Mountains aboard Sir Delirious’s airship, the Arca Noe, seeking the Athai Monks — followers of Nathair who may have intelligence on the planned assault on Port Tormenta.

On the airship, the crew meet Sul, a Drow from the Queendom of Webberast in the Endless Mountains, who is also hunting these monks and offers his firepower.

Aboard the ship: Neko and Savina practice marksmanship. Khemmis and Danimus spar. Desmond demands back his Naginta — Khemmis offers to fight for it; Khemmis wins easily. Tohnkh receives final piloting training from the captain of the Arca Noe, surprising everyone with his aptitude. Cere communes with Opteima and Eldath. Jebbedo learns the theory behind integrating elemental engines to make the Weast fly.

They skydive off the Arca Noe onto the mountainside and meet a small tribe of Aarakocra who point them toward the monastery. On the mountain path, a sleeping cloud giant is disturbed by a fleeing Athai monk who accidentally causes an avalanche. The party disposes of the giant — Tohnkh as a giant scorpion delivers the killing blow — and shelters from the snow using the giant’s corpse to plug a cave entrance. They find the dead monk in the snowdrift, along with a Nathair Medallion confirming they’re on the right path. Tohnkh communes with the cold mountain wind and locates the monastery.

Session 66 | September 19, 2021

Trekking through snow, the crew spot a fey-like dragon weaving between peaks and encounter two young monk children — a white tiefling and a human boy — in an argument. After calming them, the human boy, Young Fang, reluctantly agrees to lead them to the temple.

Sul and Desmond push ahead. By the time the crew arrives at the temple, a Wall of Fire is already roaring from the upper floors. Battle erupts. Jebbedo splits off and finds a magical urn labelled Nathair’s Ashes — a halfling monk girl explains it was meant to contain Nathair’s Champion, who has been released into the basement.

Jebbedo follows her and confronts the awakened champion, discovering a replica of the Aigali Hourglass in the process. The Abbot and his protégé Anaconda appear — and flee before the crew can stop them. Desmond shifts into dragon form to give chase.

Session 67 | September 28, 2021

Desmond’s pursuit draws the ire of the fey dragon spirit. The crew gives chase. Neko fires a Seeking Arrow; the crew follow it to the basement, where Jebbedo has been holding his own against the Champion of Nathair unassisted.

The crew lend a hand. Jebbedo breaks through rubble blocking a room full of trapped children — the Abbot left them as a distraction on his way out. Sul lands the killing blow on the Champion. The crew scoop up the children and exit the collapsing temple.

The dragon battle rages overhead between Desmond and the spirit dragon. An avalanche. The crew shelter under a tree. Jebbedo, Savina, and Cere fly clear of the snow. Cere tells the children to retreat to the ruins and hands Young Fang a pamphlet on Eldath. He takes it.

The spirit dragon reveals that Desmond killed his master — Desmond’s wife, and Razgaal’s mother. Cere and Savina negotiate a temporary truce: the dragon will fight the cult with them, then pursue his vendetta. He agrees.

Below, the crew chases the Abbot and Anaconda into a cave. Jebbedo dispels their teleport, trapping them. Tohnkh polymorphs Shrim into a Red Dragon T-Rex. Neko holds the exit. The crew corners the Abbot through a maze of tunnels — the spirit dragon using True Sight to locate the invisible Abbot. A combined assault of smites, dragon-breath, frost rays, and axe blows reduces the Abbot to a thread of life. He stuns Khemmis and Sul and runs.

Then Savina — who has had enough — steps into the Ethereal Plane via her Horizon Walker ability and shoots him twice through the veil. The Abbot falls.

Cere takes his Medallion. It triggers the Abbot’s remains to explode in necrotic energy. A slimy voice enters her mind — Nathair, taunting, announcing that the Abbot has taken his secrets to the grave. He possesses Jebbedo.

Cere cuts the monologue short. She reaches for Jebbedo and calls on Eldath — genuine, total faith — and divine intervention answers. A green hand exorcises Nathair from Jebbedo’s body and drags him underground. Jebbedo falls unconscious. He is alive.

Level 12.

Session 68 | October 5, 2021

The crew rest in the mountains. Cere sleeps in a swampbie’s arms and visits the Womb of the Grave, where she finds the soul of the Abbot — real name Uscie — and conducts his judgment. From him she learns:

  • Nathair is building a tower.
  • The Athai monks were meant to meet him at the Tower to help construct it.
  • Nathair’s plan involves the Aigali Hourglass and the spirit of Baal dwelling in Khemmis.
  • Nathair refers to Khemmis as “The Stupid Blue Brother.”

After extracting all she needs, Cere sentences the Abbot’s soul to damnation. In his ash she finds a glass shard — touching it pulls her into a flashback of the day Nathair first tried to flood Aigora. She sees the event through the eyes of Eeiton Prime, who sliced the tsunami in half with his sword and shattered a moon to halt the tide. “I knew you would attempt this again,” he tells Nathair. “I have faith you will be thwarted once more.”

When Cere returns to the Womb of the Grave, Opteima is stunned that Eeiton Prime expressed faith in their crew. She becomes Cere’s first Cleric of the Blooming Domain.

Back in the waking world: the spirit dragon notices Neko’s necklace. When she removes it from him, his form shifts. He becomes an Air Genasi she recognizes — her fiancé, Tenshi, who had vanished the morning before their wedding. She punches him in the face.

On the airship back to the palace, Cere hosts a tea party and debriefs the crew on her dream. Khemmis and Tenshi have a breath-holding contest; Tenshi forfeits for Khemmis’s sake.

At the palace, the crew dress for an opera commissioned by Khallis-as-emperor dramatizing how the Weastern Pirates “saved” the “emperor” of Sang-Lothor. Partway through, Prince Xervisian is abducted by a mysterious figure. The crew investigates — and finds Verde, the councilman, dead of what appears to be Power Word Kill. The Crimson Enchantress is suspected.

Savina tells Razgaal what Desmond did. Razgaal is devastated. Savina makes the decision to stay in Sang-Lothor with her wife.

The rest of the crew say their goodbyes and return to the Wind of the Weast. Tohnkh plants a tree in the palace courtyard. Khallis, Tenshi, and Blushidia come aboard. The crew begin planning: find Xervisian, stop the Lich Witch.

Arc VI: The Tower

Sessions 69–85 | October 2021–February 2022

Something immense is rising off the coast of Storm Isle. A ghost ship hunting the hourglass. A tower that drives people mad. And at the top of it — a dead woman who wants to become a god.

Session 69 | October 13, 2021

A new crew member: Brient, a Dhampir of mysterious abilities and still-mysterious motives.

Tohnkh communes with nature to locate the ghost ship. Khemmis catches an octopus for a party celebrating the main crew’s return to the ship. Jebbedo builds something for Shrim in his workshop. Khallis moves into Savina’s old room and sets up his Magic Mansion (prize from the dance battle). Cere runs errands — checking in with Grandma Venus, Eldath, Opteima, and Weastkeep — and discovers that Port Tormenta has fallen under the control of the Aigean Commerce Company, which is shipping building materials to a mysterious location in the middle of the ocean. Weastworld is housing refugees.

At the party, Tohnkh organises a duel to learn more about Brient; Brient chooses Khemmis as his opponent. They exchange blows before Brient incapacitates Khemmis with Hypnotic Pattern.

The next morning, Khemmis communes with Baal and receives a vision: a flying ship attacked by a scaled creature above a mist. Moments later, the Weast sails into exactly such a mist. Two bodies in the debris. One is hauled up — a uniform from an Air Ship. Jebbedo identifies a component on the body as a part needed to convert the Weast into an airship.

Tohnkh senses two undead at the bottom of the ocean. The crew retrieve them: minions of the Crimson Enchantress, lost on their way to Hobmonkey Cove. The crew dispatch them. Cere scrys on Xervisian: he is in the tower, being tortured, and the Crimson Enchantress is expecting the crew to come for him.

The crew decide to engage the nearest ghost ship directly — to learn how to fight one.

Session 70 | October 18, 2021

The Weast engages the ghost ship in combat. The crew discover that the ship’s aura dematerialises everything in its vicinity by converting nearby creatures to undead. They kill all but one creature — which escapes via Dimension Door — and the ghost ship dissolves on defeat.

Tohnkh searches the ship before it vanishes entirely and finds a chest containing a flute.

The crew reconvene in Jebbedo’s workshop and plan. The Weast needs a week and a half to reach Weastworld. Port Tormenta continues feeding building materials to the tower. Opteima’s Tear is somewhere in the Nathair Archipelago.

Cere visits the Womb of the Grave in her sleep and learns from Opteima that the Tear of Opteima will allow a Champion to birth Opteima into Aigora — giving her a physical presence on the material plane. Cere agrees to find it.

Session 71 | October 19, 2021

The crew Transport via Plants to Baal’s Rest on Storm Isle, where a Tortle has appointed himself guardian of the place. He tells them Shrim’s brothers passed through looking for him — they continued toward Port Tormenta.

Tohnkh asks about the fastest way to the Nathair Archipelago. The Tortle suggests petitioning his Dragon Turtle deity for passage through the Elemental Plane of Water. Tohnkh does so. The Dragon Turtle obliges.

The crew travel through the Plane of Water, besting a hostile hunting party of Tritons and a water elemental along the way. The surviving Tritons lead them to the City of Glass — inhabited by jellyfish oozes, Sahuagin, and Merfolk. Khemmis befriends a jellyfish in the market who gives him magic boots he cannot afford. Cere is charmed by a Hag oracle and nearly led astray — Tohnkh and Khemmis intervene. The Hag warns of “a short lifespan.” Cere is unmoved.

The crew reach the jellyfish’s home waters — and find him about to sacrifice himself against a sea monster. Together they defend him. The Letter from the Future that Khemmis has been carrying reads “someone who has been friendly to you will die” — then, after the jellyfish survives, the letter changes. The warning dissolves.

Cere takes a lesson from this: divination cannot fix what free will can alter.

The session ends as the crew arrive at the Nathair Archipelago’s shore and bid the jellyfish farewell.

Session 72 | November 2, 2021

The Weastern Pirates split into two teams.

  • Team Tear (Cere, David, Khemmis, Brient): recover the Tear of Opteima from a sunken temple in the Archipelago.
  • Team Tormenta (the rest): investigate the current state of Port Tormenta under Aigean Commerce Company occupation.

The two teams regroup and attempt to infiltrate the docks together. Combat begins.

Session 73 | November 9, 2021

Chaos at the docks. The Weastern Pirates flee from incoming ships as the battle collapses. Port Tormenta is set ablaze — unrelated to the crew’s actions, the city is also afflicted with a leprosy outbreak.

Session 74 | November 16, 2021

Khallis robs a bank. Cere gets a magical tattoo — a cactus with a night-blooming cereus flower growing from a skull, granting +1 Wisdom.

Session 75 | November 23, 2021

The Weastern Pirates enter Nathair’s Tower.

Session 76 | November 30, 2021

No recap recorded.

Session 77 — The Bone Witch | December 14, 2021

The Weastern Pirates engage the Queen of Bones in combat and defeat her.

Sessions 78–80 | December 2021–January 2022

Records from these sessions are sparse.

The crew descend deeper into the Tower of Madness — a labyrinthine structure that shifts and changes according to the will of the Court of Chaos, slowly eroding the minds of those inside. They navigate its districts, survive its traps, and press toward the inner chambers.

Session 81 | January 18, 2022

In the Temple of the Red Queen, the crew encounter what appears to be the Crimson Enchantress — but is in fact Xervisian Lothlorian, glamoured via Seeming, badly wounded and moments from death. Khemmis charges. He does not pass the intelligence check in time.

Xervisian dies. “Blushidia… Khallis, I wish I could have seen the world with you and your friends…”

His body is raised by the Crimson Enchantress herself, stepping through a portal in dark red robes. Cold fills the chamber. She taunts Khallis about his brother killing the only friend he ever had. She taunts Cere about having attended Savina’s wedding — she was watching. Battle begins.

Session 82 | January 25, 2022

The crew defeat a baby abomination within the Tower.

Sessions 83–84 | February 2022

Records from these sessions are sparse.

Session 84 — The Tower | January 18, 2022

The crew discover that the Crimson Enchantress made a deal with Desmond: in exchange for something, she would be permitted to make Razgaal her phylactery. Battle with the Crimson Enchantress begins.

Session 85 | February 15, 2022

Tohnkh and Khemmis are killed in the fight. Cere Revivifies them both.

The Crimson Enchantress is defeated.

Arc VII: The Flood

Sessions 86–92 | March–May 2022

Nathair is not dead. He is incubating. The crew return home, find it under siege, and prepare for the last battle.

Session 86 | March 8, 2022

The crew return to Weastworld and assess the damage.

Session 87 | March 15, 2022

A rat problem at Weastkeep is solved via Animal Shapes.

Level 17.

Session 88 | March 22, 2022

The crew grapple with the situation: the Crimson Enchantress’s essence has reformed within Razgaal. Then the Wind of the Weast is found mid-air, caught in a storm of unknown origin.

Session 89 | April 12, 2022

The Weast is caught in a trap: seven ghost ships forming a ring around her, the storm holding the ship in place at the eye. Using Animal Shapes, the crew sneak aboard the ghost ships.

At the bottom of the ocean, attached to one of the ghost ships, they find an iron box. The assessment: Nathair is inside. Incubating.

Session 90 | April 19, 2022

The crew breach the iron box. Inside is a dungeon organized around the seven deadly sins. They fight bubbles capable of casting Fireball, then the floating lich skulls Pride and Sloth. Khemmis defeats both with the halberd looted from the Crimson Enchantress.

Further in, they find a door they believe leads to Nathair’s chamber. They begin breaking it down.

Session 91 | April 26, 2022

The lich skulls are gone. The crew enter the chamber but cannot act on anything of significance. They ignore Nathair’s relentless taunting and rest, waiting for his release.

Session 92 | May 10, 2022

The crew wake. The lich skulls return and attempt to steal Cere’s bag of holding — emptying its contents across the floor. Khallis teleports back to Weastkeep. Khemmis is banished to a maze.

The crew are teleported involuntarily: Cere and Tohnkh end up in the Womb of the Grave; Neko, Savina, and Jebbedo remain inside the iron box — which Cere and Tohnkh realise is now somewhere inside the Womb of the Grave’s mountain.

Cere spots Lust trying to escape. Jebbedo spots the Deck of Many Things among the spilled bag contents and pulls ten cards.

One of them is a Fates card. Jebbedo uses it to undo Nathair’s existence.

The Alternate Timeline

Sessions 93–98 | May–July 2022

Removing Nathair from history is not the same as solving the problem. The crew wake up in a world that doesn’t remember who they are — and something worse than Nathair has stepped into the vacuum he left behind.

Session 93 | May 17, 2022

The removal of Nathair from history fractures the timeline. The former Weastern Pirates are scattered:

  • Tohnkh, Cere, Khemmis, and Neko reside in Looselaw, which was never liberated.
  • Savina lives in seclusion with Razgaal and Desmond, neither of them affected by the Blannis curse.
  • Khallis remains in Sang-Lothor, at the palace, dining with the emperor and Blushidia. Blushidia proposes to him. He accepts. Moments later, Eeiton Prime crashes his ship into the castle. Only Khallis escapes.
  • Jebbedo continued living in Tal’Dorei — his home — for several years after the timeline split, memories of the previous life intact, before returning to Aigora on a mission to reassemble the crew. He speaks with Eeiton Prime and learns that the elder god plans to reclaim rule over Aigora alongside the Crimson Enchantress.

Eeiton tries to charm Jebbedo’s son Pinocchio. Jebbedo teleports immediately to Cere and restores her memories, Tohnkh’s, Khemmis’s, and Neko’s — handing them back everything they had lost.

Session 94 | May 31, 2022

This session focuses on Savina and her family in the alternate timeline. She, Desmond, Razgaal, and their daughter Mia are celebrating Mia’s eighth birthday when the sky begins to rain blood. Mia is kidnapped.

Desmond, Savina, and Razgaal teleport to Port Tormenta at Cere’s request via Sending. On arrival, Razgaal and Savina lose consciousness from exhaustion.

Offshore, Team Looselaw approaches in the Weast 2.0, flying toward Tormenta.

Session 95 | June 7, 2022

The Weast 2.0 approaches Port Tormenta through red rain. What appear to be meteors begin striking the ship — they are not space rocks but alien monsters. The crew kill them and push forward. A beam of red light extends from the moon. Cere dispels the Red Rain spell over the area.

Back in Sang-Lothor, Khallis attempts to ignite a rebellion. After losing patience with the resistance, he casts a Meteor Swarm of his own — then attempts to teleport to Port Tormenta in response to Cere’s request. He ends up on the moon instead.

Session 96 | June 15, 2022

The Weastern Pirates regroup in Port Tormenta, minus Khallis. Sul and Brient have come to Desmond’s aid to defend the unconscious Savina and Razgaal. Jebbedo works with Sul and Brient to restore their memories. Cere evaluates Savina and Razgaal and determines that divine intervention is keeping them unconscious — she prays to Eldath, and everyone is healed.

Memories restored, the crew teleport to Khallis — finding him on the moon, in a waiting area with Mia, who disappears the moment the crew arrives. Khallis’s memories are returned. The chamber fills with Sangromancer guards and more alien monsters. A Blood Witch and Blood Herald enter.

Session 97 | June 26, 2022

The Weastern Pirates are defeated by the Crimson Enchantress and Eeiton Prime.

Jebbedo pulls time-travel shenanigans again. The party emerges victorious.

Session 98 — After the Weast | July 4, 2022

The Weastern Pirates return to Weastworld after having saved Aigora. They rest.

Epilogue

Session 111 | March 9, 2023

Session 111 — The Tournament of the Weast | March 9, 2023

The Weastern Pirates hold a televised tournament on a secluded island west of Weastworld — a contest to decide who is the strongest pirate on Aigora.

Teams: Khemmis, Jebbedo, Khallis, Cereus vs. Neko, Tohnkh, Savina.

Khallis opens with a Meteor Swarm and levels the island. Tohnkh, enraged, transforms into a giant volcano beast. Neko becomes a gargantuan water elemental and faces off against Khemmis. Savina and Jebbedo duel in the forests. Cere provides support from the back.

The island is destroyed. The fight is spectacular. The denizens of Weastworld cheer from every vantage they can find.

After the tournament: a parade at Weastworld. Travelers from across Aigora attend. The Weastern Pirates are celebrated, one final time, in the city they built.
