Emerald’s Rest is a naturally fortified town, as an ancient Emerald Dragon took its final breaths in this area. It lies within the North Skysea, northeast of Mars, home of the [[Emerald KoboldsBartholomeww Reginald Baldwin XXIX]], located in the Draconic Graveyard.
It is one of many Kobold enclaves. There are factions within Kobolds who believe that the Solar Scions will save the enclaves from the threat of the Martian Imperium while others deny it wholeheartedly stating the fact that they are considered monstrous.
